Kanopi Gap Puts Down Roots in Midtown St. Louis
Kanopi Gap has a new home at 2315 Locust Street in Midtown St. Louis.

Where we choose to work matters.
As Kanopi Gap grows, we’re committed to being part of the continued energy and investment in Downtown St. Louis and the neighborhoods that surround it. For us, that means showing up—not only through the work we do, but by putting down roots in the city and supporting the people, businesses, and organizations helping move it forward.
Our new home at 2315 Locust Street, Suite 10 places us in good company. The building is home to a growing mix of St. Louis businesses and organizations, including Lusso and Arch Grants, creating the kind of creative, entrepreneurial community we’re excited to be part of. The building is managed by Tower Real Estate.
Inside, we’re slowly making the space our own. Our two fully integrated conference rooms—Seed and Sprout—give us places to gather, collaborate, and grow ideas. New desks, monitors, a kitchenette, and plenty of room to pin things up are helping the rest of the studio take shape.
Like any good place, it won’t happen all at once.
We’ll keep building, adding, and settling in over the coming months. And in fall 2026, we’re planning to open the doors and welcome friends, collaborators, and our St. Louis community for a proper housewarming.
More to come from Locust Street.
